The purpose of the Luck Foundation’s volunteer tourism project is to provide safe, rewarding, and productive volunteer opportunities which improve the lives of others all while having a lot of fun. We strive to facilitate successful volunteer experiences by linking local community projects with dedicated volunteers and funding. We rely on the vast talents and experience of our volunteers as well as local community partners to ensure that each program meets high standards of quality that every community deserves.
Local issues such as eradicating homelessness, clothing the less fortunate, caring for children, and ensuring basic needs such as providing food and shelter are issues that effect every region of the world. The Luck Foundation's goal is to assist in fulfilling these needs. Whether these needs are outside our doors or on the other side of the world.
Would you like to participate and become a Lucky Volunteer? The Luck Foundation is a non-profit organization originating on the West Coast of Canada. We believe the ability to help others is equally important in our communities as well as other communities around the world.
Unlike many volunteer organizations, we do not require you to have specialized training. Our goal is to help where assistance is needed. As the foundation continues to grow we will continue to be committed to providing professionalism, transparency, and excellence in our programming.
The Luck Foundation is currently researching communities in need around the world and will soon be choosing one were we will work side-by-side with local people to help benefit their communities.

Help support the Luck Foundation’s innovative International Charity Shop! You will not find dusty hand-me-downs, books with missing pages or odd looking teapots – here you will find genuinely attractive items for decorating your home or a unique gift for a loved one - all while you are aiding development in third- world countries.
This is a project where Luck Foundation Members purchase goods that are marketable from the developing countries they visit (during their own time on their own dime). Purchased items are brought back to Canada where we sell them for fair market value at local craft fairs, farmers markets and on-line. 100% of the revenue generated though this project will be used to purchase even more goods from developing countries and strengthening their community’s economy.
